Abstract
The polydactyly and the syndactyly are the most common congenital hand and foot anomalies, these are not uncommonly combines.
These may result from abnormal break?up or necrosis of the apical ectodermal ridge in the 7th and 8th weeks of fetal development.
We report a patient, who had the polydactyly and the syndactyly in both hands and feet.
